Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetic products, we only accept returns under specific conditions.Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging The product is in the same condition as received Proof of purchase  is provided Opened or used makeup items cannot be returned or refunded.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.Please provide:Order numberClear photos of the product and packagingOnce verified, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:You will be notified by email Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the issue was caused by us.
